Information for ProsistelShop e-commerce services pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter also "GDPR").
1. Purpose of the processing
With your consent, your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) Make purchases through the ProsistelShop e-commerce portal and related services
Your data will be processed to allow access to the ProsistelShop e-commerce portal dedicated to purchases from the ProsistelShop online catalog, as well as to all related services (communications, requests for information, returns management, order monitoring, etc.).
A personal profile will be created on the Portal through which you can carry out all the purchase operations.
Finally, your data may be processed for the purpose of carrying out all administrative, accounting and tax-related activities related to this purpose and for the fulfillment of obligations imposed by laws or regulations.
b) Study of your consumption choices (profiling).
The qualitative and quantitative data relating to purchases made by you may be processed by the Owner for analysis of purchases and sums, as well as to model as much as possible the commercial offer on your profile and your needs.
c) Direct marketing.
Your personal data and contact details may be processed by the Data Controller for sending, by mail, e-mail, SMS of information on purchasing opportunities and active promotions. They can also be used for market research, including telephone calls.
In case you have consented to the processing for the purpose of profiling, for the purpose of Direct Marketing Profile can also be treated qualitative and quantitative data related to purchases made by you, so as to send you commercial offers more targeted to your needs.
2. Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis of processing for the purposes set out above is based on your consent to the processing of your personal data.
The processing may also be carried out as necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a part or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon your request, to comply with the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject or in cases where they occur conditions of lawfulness of the treatment determined by the art. 6 of the GDPR and subsequent amendments and additions, also introduced by the State.
3. Information to guarantee correct and transparent treatment
Pursuant to art. 13 paragraph II of the GDPR, we inform you that:
a) In order to help you keep track of your orders, your wishlist and any other operation registered on your personal profile that can be useful in the future (also for returns and guarantees), your personal data will be kept until you will not decide to cancel or remove your e-commerce profile;
In any case, the data relating to the purchase details will be kept for profiling or direct marketing purposes for a period not exceeding, respectively, twelve and twenty-four months from their registration (save the transformation in anonymous form);
b) You have the right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit the processing that concerns you or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability;
c) You have the right to withdraw consent for the aforementioned processing purposes at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
d) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 GDPR (the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, in Italy);
e) The conferment of your data is optional, however the failure to provide your personal data requested when registering with the Portal will determine the impossibility to access it to make purchases and use the attached services;
f) The processing of data for all the above purposes will take place both with manual tools and using dedicated hardware and software.
In this regard, we inform you that there are automated decision-making processes for the registration of your activities on ProsistelShop e-commerce portal, to follow up your purchases and your requests.
If you consent to the processing of data for the aforementioned purposes of "Study of your consumption choices (profiling)" and "Direct Marketing", as described above in Article. 1, respectively, letters b) and c), further automated decision-making processes will be used for the purpose of modeling the commercial offer on your profile and your needs as much as possible.

5. Scope of dissemination and communication of your data
None of the personal data provided will be disseminated.
6. Your rights governed by Articles 15 and following of the GDPR
At any time you can contact the owner and to confirm whether or not a personal data treatment is being processed for you and, if so, to obtain access, copy and exercise the rights under art. 15 GDPR. Furthermore, you can integrate and rectify them pursuant to art. 16 GDPR, obtain the cancellation pursuant to art. 17 GDPR, obtain the limitation of treatment pursuant to art. 18 GDPR, obtain in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device your personal data according to the modalities of the art. 20 GDPR.
7. The right to oppose treatment for direct marketing purposes
Except for your right to revoke consent at any time pursuant to art. 7 and 13 paragraph II lett. c) GDPR, you have the right pursuant to art. 21 paragraph 2 GDPR to oppose at any time and free of charge the processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes, including profiling in so far as it is connected to such direct marketing.
In particular, for promotional e-mails, you can stop submissions at any time using the "CANCEL" option in each e-mail.
8. Right to obtain human intervention in automated decision-making processes
Although the consequences of automated decision-making processes used by the Owner as described in art. 3 letter f) above are limited, we inform you that pursuant to art. 22 paragraph 3 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain human intervention from the Data Controller, to express your opinion and contest any decision, by contacting the Data Controller or, pursuant to art. 38 paragraph IV GDPR, to the designated Data Protection Manager at the respective contacts indicated in this statement.
9. How to exercise your rights
At any time you can contact the Data Controller or Data Protection Manager at the respective contacts indicated in this statement for all matters relating to the processing of your personal data and for the exercise of your rights deriving from EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding personal data protection (GDPR).
10. Obligation of age
This information is intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of majority. Therefore, if you were a minor, you are requested to refrain from providing your data and giving consent to the processing, as in any case your data will not be collected, stored or processed by the owner for any of the above purposes.
